Scope of work
As Director of Growth, Tim Chachibaia runs the systems that bring TheBestReputation new clients and expand its footprint across search and AI. He owns performance marketing, SEO, content, and much of the web build, turning strategy into pages, campaigns, and pipelines that can be measured and improved.
On the technical side, Tim has built or rebuilt nearly every page of the TheBestReputation site as scoped, performance-minded components, run deep technical SEO audits, and stood up lead-attribution pipelines that connect an ad click to real revenue. On the paid side, he rebuilt the firm’s Google Ads program from the ground up and runs ongoing landing-page experiments.
He also builds beyond the core site. Tim created AIOverview.com, a tool that scores how visible a brand is inside AI answers, built and launched TheBestAuthority.com, a local SEO brand with a scalable city-hub structure, and hosts Damage Control, TheBestReputation’s video podcast, now in its second season. His approach blends creative storytelling with a data-first mindset, so growth compounds instead of spiking and fading.
